Evan Jackson told the board he wanted to consolidate his engine‑building operation onto family property and that testing typically occurs once a week. "We do test engines, but it's made at the very most once a week... and this happens at the very most once a week," Jackson said, outlining that a dyno pull lasts about 15 seconds and that warm‑up and adjustments can add up to several minutes.
