The board authorized Hall County to make a deputy available to assist the local FBI special agent on the joint terrorism task force and to permit that deputy, when assigned, to receive classified information under appropriate confidentiality safeguards. The arrangement would be on a part‑time, as‑needed basis; the county attorney said the request had been reviewed and appeared acceptable.
