At the close of the vendor‑code workshop staff asked commissioners to collect input from food‑truck operators and property owners and to return suggested changes to matrix values (minimum area, parking ratios, hours) at the next meeting. Commissioner Carolyn Conant asked staff to circulate an editable Word version so commissioners could annotate the draft prior to the next session.
