Commission approves two rezoning requests for Fentress and Nelson properties

During a public hearing, county planning staff presented two rezoning requests that the planning commission had recommended for approval 7–0. The first, a request involving roughly 2.25 surveyed acres of a 21.2-acre parcel at 4809 Albert Fentress Road (tax map 130, portion 199.00) was described by the chair as moving from AG2 to RP80; the commission approved the rezoning after a motion and second.
