County flags Microsoft licensing increases for next budget

Network/System Analyst Justin Enderby told the Property & Technology Committee on Aug. 11 that Microsoft implemented licensing price increases this year in the range of 3% to 13%. He said that for government customers increases exceeding 10% were capped at 10%, and the county has folded the residual roughly 3% impact into next year’s budget.
