An interim-use permit application would place a 198-foot meteorological tower in the southern portion of a 40-acre parcel owned by the Funt Joint Revocable Trust. The application describes a self-contained tower with minimal maintenance visits (approximately two visits per year), use of existing driveway access (no new field road required), and a four-year data-collection period, after which the tower would be removed.
