The full story
A project representative presented revisions to the east-side Thompson Street development plan and the commission approved the plan at the Feb. 9 meeting. The representative described several changes from the preliminary plan, including reducing some rear lot widths from 40 to 35 feet, moving drainage to flow toward the creek, and eliminating a few lots. On housing size the presenter said, "Those houses will be probably 19 feet wide... Those are 2 stories, so they're normally 1,400 square feet."
