East Ridge board approves side-yard variance for Spring Creek corner lot

The East Ridge Board of Zoning Appeals approved a side-yard variance allowing a 16-foot street-side setback (9-foot reduction from the 25-foot requirement) for a corner lot on Spring Creek Road. Applicant Brian Hinton told the board the design was intended to match nearby homes; staff and members discussed sight-line and driveway impacts before a unanimous vote.
