The Put-in-Bay Township Board of Zoning Appeals on Oct. 14 approved an area variance allowing the accessory building at 582 SR 357, owned by Scott Sadowsky, to increase in allowable area from 2,000 square feet to 3,552 square feet. Board member Nostrant moved to grant the increase; Board member Pierce seconded. The motion passed with votes recorded as Nostrant—yes, Pierce—yes, Bartells—yes.
