Administrator/Public Works Director Jared McKee provided a brief update on the Library/Village Center project, reporting that construction is progressing but that he has been "disappointed in some of the delays." He told the board the village has not yet received Department of Transportation approval for a turning lane off Highway 12, a required element for planned access.
