The commission approved allowing the Travertine East preliminary plat to submit a final plat containing up to the 30th lot before the Horton/Malakai signal, conditioned on no residential access to Malakai Lane until the signal is installed.

Similar to the west phase, staff recommended modifying the concept plan condition for the Travertine East phase to let the applicant submit a final plat containing the 30th lot before installation of the Horton Highway and Malakai Lane signal, while prohibiting residential access to Malakai Lane until the signal is in place.
