Planning staff described a narrow request from the applicant for a modification to the development-agreement timeline after the original six-month window expired because the development-agreement fee had not been paid on time. Staff said the request raised no substantive changes to the approved preliminary plat, alternative compliance, project layout, density or conditions of approval for the Solar Estates subdivision and recommended approval of the modification.
