A participant asked for clarification about who must report fundraising events and how the county wants those activities documented. Tracy Parker and others noted county policy currently requires reporting of fundraising activities and revenue, but that policy language doesn’t reflect the operational reality for many Friends groups — events are often scheduled quickly and revenue is hard to predict.
