Land Development staff proposed collapsing three separate car‑wash use categories (full service, self‑service and incidental) into one primary 'car wash' use and reclassifying incidental car washes as accessory uses. Ian Nance said the current code language has produced unnecessary confusion in discretionary review because definitions and conditional‑use standards were duplicated across multiple entries.
