The Village Board unanimously authorized the village to move forward on an IT infrastructure change and to secure cyber liability coverage. RESOLUTION #184-25 authorized Mayor Richard B. Smith to sign the Harris Local Government Cloud Migration Proposal on behalf of the village. The minutes record that the measure passed without dissent.
