County engineer Mr. Mass presented three subdivision plats for the commission's consideration: Cotton Grove Subdivision (minor preliminary, creating five lots in District 1), Cooley Place (minor preliminary and final, creating five lots in District 3), and Lappington Estate Subdivision (re‑subdivision creating six lots in District 4). "We have 3 subdivisions for you guys to consider today," the engineer said when introducing the item.
