The committee opened review of the Singh Retail Center commercial community at approximately 8000 West US 52 in New Palestine (ILP review 26-2703) and voted to continue the item. Staff said the Plan Commission has not yet reviewed the application and recommended the technical review be continued until after the Plan Commission acts.
