County IT and highway staff told commissioners a recent Spillman server upgrade disrupted the mapping component that supplies GIS updates to dispatch and vehicles. Staff recommended migrating the mapping workflow from deprecated ArcMap to ArcPro and using vendor tools to re-establish the integration; the vendor quote was $23,044.96.
