Staff told the board that a museum donated an old CNO caboose to the city for display on Riverwalk and that rails and ties have been received for installation. The staff member said restoration work will be done free of charge by a third party and that Rob (staff/volunteer) will install ties and rails after staff excavates and prepares the gravel base.
