Planning Board approves master plan updates, requests two map revisions
The board approved the master plan subject to updates of the Workforce Overlay District and scenic roads map and will collect signatures; minor text edits and population estimate changes were accepted.

The Brookfield Planning Board voted to approve the town master plan with two map updates: the workforce overlay district (page 11) and the scenic roads map (page 37). Board members described the changes as largely cosmetic apart from the map updates and agreed to send the revised maps to SRPC for assistance.
