Committee awards snow-plowing contract to Tettinger after capability-based bid evaluation
After questioning why Beverly Snow and Ice, the low bidder, was not selected, staff explained a capability-based scoring approach and recommended Tettinger Landscaping for snow-plowing services. The committee approved the one-year contract with up to four one-year renewals, not to exceed $300,000 per year.
