The Montecito Sanitary District Board voted to adopt Resolution 2026-988 as presented in the board packet during its April 8, 2026 regular meeting. The motion was made by Director Rockenbach and seconded by Director Ohlmann; the minutes record AYES from Directors Barrett, Johnson, Ohlmann and Rockenbach and an abstention listed for Director Newquist.
