Board approves LT20 warehouse expansion despite zero-foot setback
Pompano Beach planners approved a remodel and 4,848 sq. ft. addition to a 1960s warehouse, granting approval after staff said variances for existing nonconforming setbacks had been recorded and an access easement for emergency vehicles exists.

The Planning & Zoning Board voted unanimously Oct. 22 to approve a major site plan to remodel an existing 7,900-square-foot warehouse and add a 4,848-square-foot addition at NW 16th Street, following staff testimony that variances were previously granted for the property's nonconforming setbacks.
