Mayor Karla McDonald called the special meeting of the Howe City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. Members present were Shawn Tyler, Ed Whitfield, Chad Woods, Billie Ingram and Ricky Price. The mayor led the invocation. "Resident Comments: None," the minutes state.
