Jason Lytle of GMB presented Amendment #2 to the owner-engineer agreement for the pumping station project, requesting approval for additional construction administration and inspection services. Commissioner Michael Sullivan moved to approve Amendment #2; Commissioner Rose Potter seconded and the council approved it unanimously.
