Clatsop County commissioners received a semiannual update from community behavioral-health provider CBH on operations, housing and crisis services. CBH said the Baker Building permanent supportive housing project reached full lease-up quickly and is now delivering coordinated on-site supports for residents with serious and persistent mental illness.
