Councilmember Cabana moved to approve O-26-54, an ordinance to amend the 2026 Department of Public Works (DPW) budget to cover over-budget consumables and equipment needs. A council member noted there is about $100,000 remaining in the contingency line and the proposed amendment would use less than half of that amount.
