Multiple neighbors spoke during public comment about privacy, buffer protection and site configuration. Cliff Despeaux, an adjacent property owner, said the proposed road stub would extend to his property line and requested alternatives or that the stub stop short of his backyard; he asked the examiner to require a six‑foot privacy fence to protect existing homes.
