Cheryl Washington, representing the planning-and-zoning commission, recommended approval of Marion Oaks Subdivision Unit 2 near S. Santa Clara Road, FM 465 and Lower Seguin Road. City Engineer Garry Montgomery described the dynamics of Unit 2 and relevant deadlines. Councilmember Jerry Penshorn moved to approve the preliminary plat and Councilmember Jeremiah Burns seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
