Plan Commission approves conditional-use permit for two homes at 2915 13th Street

The City of Monroe Plan Commission approved a conditional-use permit requested by Benchmark Ventures LLC to allow two detached single-family homes on one parcel at 2915 13th Street. City Administrator Wendy summarized the request and the staff recommendation before the commission voted. "There is a request for at the property, at 2915 13th Street that they're seeking a conditional use permit to allow, 2 detached single family homes on 1 parcel," she said during the public hearing.
