Santa Rosa County commissioners on Oct. 6 proclaimed Oct. 4–10, 2026, National 4‑H Week and recognized Junior Leadership Santa Rosa Class 3, saying the programs help develop young leaders and community volunteers. Commissioner Rhett Rowell read the proclamation and the board gave 4‑H members a round of applause.
