On Sept. 17, 2026, Armstrong County commissioners, acting on recommendations from the Prison Board, approved agreements with The Open Door of Indiana County, The Nutrition Group, and Thomson Reuters. Each action was moved by Commissioner Shea, seconded by Commissioner Fabian, and carried unanimously.
