The Armstrong County Board of Commissioners unanimously adopted Resolution #2026-19, the Armstrong County Emergency Operations Plan, during its Sept. 17 meeting in the Commissioners' Conference Room. Jason Burns, Director of Public Safety, recommended adoption; the motion was made by Commissioner Anthony G. Shea and seconded by Commissioner Pat Fabian.
