Board approves manure management plans for KT Pork and Lenz Poultry

The Pocahontas County Board of Supervisors on July 28 approved two manure management plans by unanimous vote. The approved plans listed KT Pork, LLC (ID# 61834) for property described as SW SW Sec. 20, Cedar Township, with Trevor Schwartz listed as owner and contact, and Lenz Poultry Inc. (ID# 58877) for property described as SE SW Sec. 4, Bellville Township, with Philip Lenz listed as owner and contact. The motion to approve the plans was made by Supervisor Brent Aden and seconded by Supervisor Peter Seehusen.
