The Howe City Council voted to approve the final plat for Noble Ridge Phase 1B on Oct. 15, following a Planning & Zoning Commission recommendation earlier that evening. Commissioners reported the plat had been reviewed and approved by engineers, and the council carried the motion by voice vote.
