The City of Howe Planning & Zoning Commission convened Nov. 19, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. Chairman Chad Woods and commissioners Ed Whitfield, Sharon Carroll and Cassie Montgomery were present. The minutes record six principal actions: approval of the Oct. 15, 2024 minutes; approval of a requested zone change and adoption of Ordinance 826; approval of the Preliminary Plat for Talbott Estates; approval of Ordinance 827; and a motion to not approve Ordinance 828. Each recorded motion carried by a 4–0 vote.
