The City of Howe Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously on Nov. 19 to approve a requested zone change and to adopt Ordinance 826. "Motion by Cassie Montgomery, second by Sharon Carroll to approve the requested zone change and Ordinance 826. 4 Yes 0 No," the minutes state.
