The Howe City Council went into executive session under Texas Government Code Chapter 551 to discuss personnel matters, including the city secretary, city administrator, utility clerk and police chief interview candidates; the mayor announced the council entered executive session at 6:12 p.m. and reconvened at 9:26 p.m. with no action taken on those items.
