City finance staff told the Howe City Council during its Aug. 20 budget workshop that the administration plans to implement the FundView accounting system with a one-time implementation cost of $30,000 and ongoing annual fees thereafter. “So, needless to say, we are going to go with FundView. It is budgeted,” Mr. Walker said when describing the software change; Walker later added the upfront implementation cost would be about $30,000.
