Code board accepts staff recommendations on multiple nuisance and repeat-violator cases

The board considered a string of short matters on the consent agenda and in new-business and old-business sections. Staff presented case files and recommended acceptance of evidence, continued enforcement or filing of previous orders for a group of properties the board has reviewed multiple times. For several properties staff noted noncompliance, vagrant occupancy, or incomplete remediation; where appropriate staff asked the board to proceed with filing liens or to accept prior orders.
