Splash pad site work progressing; installation planned this fall but opening delayed

Staff updated the workshop on the splash pad project, reporting that site walls are up and that installers are scheduled to inspect and approve the site near the end of August. One staff member said, "We're still on track for the splash pad itself being built this fall. We won't be open this year."
