The Hartley City Council approved Cemetery Expansion Change Order No. 1 on Oct. 13, moving the project’s substantial completion date from Oct. 10, 2025 to Oct. 31, 2025 and changing the 'ready for final payment' date from Oct. 24, 2025 to May 29, 2026. Councilmember Ron Hengeveld moved the change order; Mike Boeve seconded, and the motion passed 5-0.
