The Hartley City Council voted 5-0 on Oct. 13 to approve the City Street Finance Report. Councilmember Greg Cotter moved for approval; Mary Westphalen seconded, and the roll-call vote recorded Ayes from Sweeney, Boeve, Hengeveld, Westphalen and Cotter.
