The county engineer reported several active bridge projects and upcoming Department of Transportation bid lettings. The day-labor bridge on 216th Avenue had its deck poured last week and crews were stripping forms; an expected deck pour on 24th Street was scheduled this week. Staff also reported brush clearing on Dark Hollow Road and said DOT lettings for Channelworth and Bernard Grove concrete overlay would post results between 10 a.m. and noon.
