The commission approved Resolution R-2026-3769 to enter a memorandum of understanding with Utah Tech University’s Andrew Barnum Museum to advance Red Cliffs Desert Reserve conservation education and outreach. Cameron, who presented the item, said the MOU would support public outreach, exhibit development and community-science initiatives and noted the agreement is not-to-exceed $10,000.
