After public hearings, the commission granted conditional-use permits (CUPs) to allow on-site alcoholic-beverage sales at two event centers: an applicant identified in staff reports as Ruben Zepeda for a venue at 835 East Frontage Road, and Brenda Zuniga for Primm's Event Center at 739 Main Street.
