The Chair sought authorization to advertise an RFP for a used dump truck and proposed a model-year cutoff to ensure reliability. "So we're looking for a motion to put an RFP out for the purchase of a ... used dump truck between the years of 2019 and current," the Chair said; members discussed and then suggested the specification be 2018 or newer.
