Mayor Ishmael Harris proclaimed May 2026 as Community Action Month and recognized Combined Community Action, Inc.'s 60th anniversary; Karen Walpole, communications director for Combined Community Action, spoke about the agency's history serving 10 counties across central Texas and thanked the community for support.
