County approves waterline, utility permits and plat amendments; Ravine subdivision tabled
The court approved permits for private waterline work and utility lines, approved a minor Chaparral Ranch plat amendment and the naming of a private road, and tabled the Ravine subdivision final plat until signatures and deed transfer are complete.
