After a lengthy review and interagency comments from engineering, water and fire departments, the Kingston Planning Board on July 20 adopted a negative environmental declaration and approved the site plan for a three‑building, 20‑unit residential development at 140/150/160 Boulevard. The board also approved three major waivers (unit count, building height and built‑to‑zone placement) subject to conditions written into the resolution.
